Excellent & Stable Insulation

The epoxy resin PVC dip coating provides a dielectric strength of ≥30kV/mm and surface resistivity >10¹³Ω, outperforming traditional wrapping or heat-shrink insulation. It ensures uniform coverage even on corners and irregular shapes, eliminating weak points

Strong Coating Adhesion & Long Life

The insulation layer is securely bonded to the conductor via a thermal fusion process, preventing peeling. It offers excellent thermal aging resistance, operating stably from -40°C to 155°C, achieves UL94 V0 flame retardancy, and extends service life by over 50% compared to traditional insulated busbars

Superior Environmental & Mechanical Performance

The coating provides strong corrosion resistance, passing a ≥96h salt spray test without damage. It is highly wear-resistant and impact-resistant, enduring mechanical stress during installation and operation without insulation failure from bending or collision
