Laser welding achieves contact resistance ≤2μΩ and tensile strength ≥150MPa. The narrow heat-affected zone (0.1–0.5mm) enables reliable joining of dissimilar metals like copper and aluminum, ensuring stable high-current carrying capacity over the long term

The PI insulation layer offers dielectric strength ≥40kV/mm and Class C insulation (200°C+), operating from -40°C to 260°C. It is resistant to radiation and chemicals, passing ≥1000h salt spray test without corrosion

Precise Bending & Wide Spatial Adaptability

Multi-axis servo bending achieves angle tolerance ≤0.1° and radius tolerance ±0.1mm. Supports multi-dimensional continuous bending and complex curved shapes with no spring-back, ideal for compact or irregular spaces
